Fees & Terms
Field Trip Fee
Based on the cost of the trip and non-refundable. See Parent Policy Manual.
Payment Schedule
Monthly fees are due in advance by the 25th of the month. A bi-weekly fee schedule may be considered if circumstances require it. Fees may also be paid electronically.
Extended Care
Children attending the center over 10 hours on any particular day will be charged an extra $15.00.
Discount
A 10% discount applies to families with two or more children enrolled at Rock-a-bye. The discount applies to the oldest child's monthly rate for tuition only. If there are more than two children enrolled, the discount applies to the older children.
Late Fees
Monthly fees are due in advance by the 25th of the month. If you are late a fee of $50.00 will be charged to your account; weekends and holidays apply. If fees are overdue more than 10 days, you will be given a written and verbal notice from the director of discontinued care and you will then be charged $100.00, if your child's space is still available and your balance is $0.00, your child is welcome to come back to the center. If this occurs a second time your child will be disenrolled indefinitely. If special circumstances occur in which payment is a problem, the director may take into consideration the situation and make special arrangements for payment with you. There are no grace periods for bi-weekly fees.
Center Closing
The center will close when severe weather occurs and the police advise against travel. Please watch for Sun Prairie School District closings; if the schools are closed we will also be closed. There are no refunds or adjustments in tuition, should we close. If we need to close for unexpected emergencies we will let you know as soon as possible by phone. We ask that you pick your child/children up within an hour. Again, no refunds or adjustments in tuition will be made.
Vacation
Rock-a-bye realizes quality time spent with your child/children is important. Children enrolled five days will be given three vacation days and children enrolled less than five days will be given two vacation days to use at no charge per year (September 1 to September 1). Vacation time is not accumulative and must be used consecutively.
Opening/Closing Schedule and Late Pick-Up Fee
Center opens at 6:30 a.m. and closes promptly at 6:00 p.m.; any child leaving after 6:05 p.m. will be charged $1.00 per minute for every minute past 6:05 p.m.
Dis-enrollment
A written notice is required one month in advance of your child's last day. If we do not receive a written notice you will be charged for a full month's tuition after your child's last day.
